Preparation of Architectural Design of buildings based on client’s requirements and Architect’s concept along with proper guidance and support by Architect and other sub consultants for successful completion of the project within the given budget and time limits. Services also include preparation of building permit, approval drawings and proper liaison work support for obtaining building permit and other related approvals on time.
Preparation of interior design of buildings in already existing or ‘to be built’ spaces based on client’s requirements and Architect’s concept with project execution support by way of supervision of work, selection of materials, colour etc.
Preparation of detailed design for development plans, master plans, plot layout, permit approval drawings and project execution supervision for development of town ships, campuses, housing areas and urban renewal schemes. Design will be based on detailed study of existing conditions such as people, built areas, character and heritage of the place, vehicular and pedestrian movements, topography landscape, environmental impact, road connectivity, plumbing, electrical, drainage, sewage, electronic communications etc for private, semi government and government institutions/ departments.
