INTRODUCTION

‘RANTARCH ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS’ is a registered Architectural firm, based in Thrissur, Kerala, established in the year 2016 providing Architectural and Town Planning services. It is a proprietary firm under chief Architect and Planner Ar. Rajesh Antony, B.Arch, M.Planning (Housing). Ar. Rajesh Antony is having more than 20 years experience in the field of Architectural Design and Town Planning services in Kerala. From 1995 to 2016 he was partner Architect to the Architectural firm Rajesh and Ambooken Associates, Thrissur.

EDUCATION

Architect Rajesh Antony graduated in Architecture from University of Kerala and did his post graduation in Housing Planning from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He was also the recipient of AOTS scholarship aided by Government of Japan and has undergone overseas training in Architectural Design and Interior Design at Taisei Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. Taisei is one of the largest building design and construction firms in Japan.

REGISTRATIONS

Ar. Rajesh Antony, is a registered Architect under Council Of Architecture, New Delhi, Associate member of Indian Institute of Architects Mumbai (IIA) and also Associate member of Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID). He is also registered as Town Planner ‘A Grade’ as per rules and regulations of Government of Kerala for doing Planning and Design of projects with land area above one hectare.

EXPERIENCE

From 1995 onwards Ar.Rajesh Antony has designed numerous buildings such as apartments, residences, commercial complexes, schools, churches, hotels, etc. and most of them are well known land marks in the city of Thrissur and surroundings. From 2016 onwards Ar. Rajesh Antony started his own proprietary architectural firm under the name of ‘RANTARCH ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS’ at Chembukavu in Thrissur Corporation.

Today at RANTARCH, Ar.Rajesh Antony and his team with their vast experience in the field of Architectural design of buildings is committed to produce creative and practical designs that fulfill the needs, dreams and aspirations of their prestigious and valuable clients. ‘Team Rantarch’ always tries to create buildings that are sustainable and climatically suited for its long life.
We at ‘RANTARCH DESIGN STUDIO’ creates every building with history and architectural character of the place in mind and also know the value of time and helps the clients and contractors to complete the projects on time.
